Terms of Service

The short version

Buy Finda once, use it on any number of your personal Macs, get future v1.x updates for free. Don't share your license key publicly or try to pirate the app. If you're unhappy within 14 days of buying, email us for a full refund.

1. The license you get

When you purchase Finda, 108 Arpina grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Finda software on Macs you own or personally control.

• You may install Finda on any number of your own Macs.
• You may not share your license key publicly or with people who have not purchased Finda.
• You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell Finda or your license key.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Finda binary except as permitted by applicable law.

2. Free trial

Finda is free to use for 14 days from first launch, with all features available. After the trial expires, search is limited to your home folder and the result count is capped. You may purchase a license at any time, including after the trial has expired, to restore full functionality.

3. Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Finda. If you are not, email support@108arpina.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no justification required.

After 14 days, refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues that we cannot resolve.

4. Updates & version policy

All updates within the v1.x release line are included with your purchase. Major version upgrades (v2.0 and beyond) may be offered as paid upgrades, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a fair upgrade discount before any such change.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

Finda is provided "as is." While we put significant effort into building a reliable file search tool, we cannot guarantee that it will be free from bugs or that it will meet every user's expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 108 Arpina disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

In no event shall 108 Arpina be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Finda. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
